And it is not rightful, therefore it shall not occur, that related mothers and fathers (stepfathers/stepmothers and
adoptive fathers/adoptive mothers) lie with (have sexual intercourse with) the related children (stepchildren and
adopted children), therefore a hard punishment shall be meted out by the jurisdiction if something of this kind
is done (undertaken); if there are joined children (stepchildren) who are not taken as your own (not adopted) then
their protection shall take the form of their age until the time when they come of age (grow up), following
which they may be raised to the status of a bond (marriage) by the joined father (stepfather) or the joined mother
(stepmother), if this is in accordance with the will of the children and that of the father and the mother. |

Und es ist nicht des Rechtens, also es nicht sein soll, dass zuverwandte Mütter und Väter (Stiefvater/Stiefmutter und Adoptivvater/Adoptivmutter) den zuverwandten Kindern (Stiefkinder und
Adoptivkinder) beiwohnen (beischlafen), so aber solches doch geschieht, soll harte Ahndung
durch die Gerichtsbarkeit erfolgen; sind zugewandte Kinder (Stiefkinder), die nicht als eigene
(adoptiert) genommen werden, so gelte zu ihrem Schutz ihr Alter bis zu der Zeit, da sie aus der
Jugend entwachsen (erwachsen) sind, wonach sie in den Stand eines Bündnisses (Ehe) durch
den zugewandten Vater (Stiefvater) oder durch die zugewandte Mutter (Stiefmutter) gehoben
werden können, wenn es dem Willen der Kinder und des Vaters und der Mutter entspricht. |
