If those who came before you (ancestors/forebears) had listened to the truth-teaching of the true prophets,
then they would not have slain and killed (murdered) one another, just as they would have kept death away
from themselves and would not have laid a hand on their own life (committed suicide), because truly the teaching of the veritable (true/genuine) prophets teaches the empowerment for life and maintaining it, not however strangulation, nor slaying or spilling blood (committing murder) of another kind or the chickenhearted
(cowardly) flight into death at one's own hand or that of an assassin. |

Hätten schon jene, welche vor euch waren (Ahnen/Vorfahren) auf die Wahrheitslehre der wahrlichen Propheten gehört, dann hätten sie einander nicht erschlagen und getötet (gemordet), wie
sie auch den Tod nicht von sich selbst abgehalten haben und Hand an ihr eigenes Leben legten
(Selbstmord begingen), denn wahrlich, die Lehre der vorzüglichen (wahren/echten) Propheten
lehrt die Befähigung zum Leben und dessen Erhalt, nicht aber das Erdrosseln, nicht das Erschlagen
und nicht das Bluttat (Mord) begehen anderer Art oder durch die jämmerliche (feige) Flucht in
den Tod durch eigene oder eines Meuchlers Hand. |

And if people of your kind (human beings) amongst you are slain or otherwise killed (murdered), then the
reprehensible (villainous) actions of the murderers shall be punished in the form that the woman is separated
from the man or the man is separated from the woman (excluded from society and from the other sex) and
ostracised (separated/cast out/outlawed/banished) for life or for another suitable period at a place of fulfilment
of guidelines (secluded region or island), according to the severity of the bloody deed (murder); and truly, it
shall not be permitted for those who commit bloody deeds (murderers) to go unpunished, rather it shall be
that they are punished and taken to a place of fulfilment of guidelines (secluded regions or islands); therefore
it shall not be permitted either for the reprehensible (villainous) deeds of the murderers to be remedied and
amends made for them by blood money (blood gelt) thereby escaping punishment and a place of fulfilment
of guidelines (secluded regions or islands); however it is also not permitted to pay back in kind and demand
blood for blood, and therefore not to slay or throttle murderers either, just as they must not be hanged, stoned
or killed (murdered) by poison, neither shall they be decapitated nor killed (murdered) in any other wise because
such acts are the same as the bloody deed (murder) and are based in revenge and in retaliation which are
against the laws and recommendations of the life and the creative (Creation). |

Und werden unter euch Euresgleichen (Menschen) erschlagen oder sonstwie getötet (gemordet),
dann seien die verwerflichen (niederträchtigen) Taten der Mörder zu ahnden, indem sie entmannt
oder entweibt (aus der Gesellschaft und vom anderen Geschlecht ausgeschlossen) und lebenszeitlich oder sonst angemessen in der Zeit an einen Massnahmeerfüllungsort (abgelegene Landstriche
oder Inseln) geächtet (ausgesondert/ausgestossen/verfemt/verbannt) werden, je nach Schwere der
Bluttat (Mordtat); und wahrlich, es soll nicht erlaubt sein, dass Bluttäter (Mörder) ohne Ahndung
gelassen werden, sondern es soll sein, dass sie geächtet und einem Massnahmeerfüllungsort
(abgelegene Landstriche oder Inseln) zugeführt werden; also sei auch nicht erlaubt, dass die
Mörder für die verwerflichen (niederträchtigen) Taten durch ein Blutgut (Blutgeld) Abgeltung und
Genugtuung leisten und einer Ahndung und einem Massnahmeerfüllungsort (abgelegene Landstriche oder Inseln) entgehen können; es sei aber auch nicht erlaubt, dass Gleiches mit Gleichem
vergolten und Blut für Blut gefordert wird und also Mörder erschlagen oder erdrosselt wie auch
nicht gehenkt, nicht gesteinigt und nicht durch Gift getötet (gemordet) werden, wie ihnen auch
nicht das Haupt abgeschlagen und sie auch nicht durch andere Weise getötet (gemordet) werden dürfen, denn solcherlei Tun ist gleichsam Bluttat (Mord) und gründet in Rache und Vergeltung, was wider die Gesetze und Gebote des Lebens und der Erschaffenden (Schöpfung) ist. |

And if children and young people (youths) amongst you make themselves guilty of a bloody deed (murder)
then they shall be taken for punishment and to a place of fulfilment of guidelines (secluded region or island)
in the same wise as for those who have grown up (adults), thus a lifetime or other appropriate period in the
place of fulfilment of guidelines (punishment by separation from society for a certain time), determined according to the severity of the bloody deed (murderous deed), also applies for them. |

Und machen sich unter euch Kinder und Heranwachsende (Jugendliche) der Bluttat (Mordes)
schuldig, dann sollen sie gleichermassen der Ahndung und einem Massnahmeerfüllungsort (abgelegene Landstriche oder Inseln) zugeführt werden, wie die der Jugend Entwachsenen (Erwachsene), also auch für sie gelte eine lebenszeitliche oder sonst angemessene Zeit der Massnahmeerfüllung (Ahndung durch Aussonderung aus der Gesellschaft für eine bestimmte Zeit),
je nach Schwere der Bluttat (Mordtat). |
