476) But if your consciousness does not move forward in an evolving wise – and indeed in harmony with the swinging waves of the Creation, i.e. with the Creation-determined motion which pulses through everything – then no preservation and hardening of your body takes place through your labour, but instead it ages quickly, wears down and becomes exhausted; because the truth is that your material body must be in harmony with your consciousness-evolution.
476) Bewegt sich aber euer Bewusstsein nicht evolutionierend fort, und zwar im Gleichmass mit den Schöpfungsschwingungen resp. mit der schöpfungsbedingten Bewegung, die alles durchpulst, dann erfolgt durch die Arbeit kein Erhalten und kein Stählen eures Körpers, sondern er altert schnell, wird zermürbt und verbraucht; denn die Wahrheit ist die, dass euer materieller Körper im Gleichmass mit eurer Bewusstseinsevolution stehen muss.
