166) And truly, uncountable ones amongst you, you humankind of Earth, you have not grown up or do not grow up, because your consciousness has remained stuck or remains stuck in the puberty through the wrong education you have received, while your body grows older and takes on the forms of the adulthood. 166) Und wahrlich, Unzählbare unter euch, ihr Menschheit der Erde, ihr seid nicht erwachsen geworden oder werdet nicht erwachsen, weil ihr durch die falsche Erziehung bewusstseinsmässig in der Pubertät steckengeblieben seid oder steckenbleibt, während euer Körper älter wird und die Formen des Erwachsenseins annimmt.
167) And since puberty is the factor of pre-adulthood, however is often not used by you human beings to become really adult with regard to an adult-individuality, some of the pubescent behaviour carries into the whole life and no longer changes, or only changes somewhat when specific learning circumstances arise, and indeed amongst both the male and the female sex. 167) Und da die Pubertät der Faktor des Vorerwachsenwerdens ist, jedoch oft von euch Menschen nicht dazu genutzt wird, wirklich erwachsen zu werden in bezug auf eine Erwachsenen-Individualität, trägt sich einiges des Pubertätsgebarens in die Zeit des ganzen Lebens hinein und ändert sich nicht mehr oder nur dann etwas, wenn besondere Lernumstände eintreten, und zwar sowohl beim weiblichen wie auch beim männlichen Geschlecht.
168) Puberty is the actual ‘Rambo time’ (time of brutality), particularly of the male human being, although the female sex is also not excluded from this, and what is not learnt in this time with regard to a positive development of the individuality, i.e. the inner nature is generally not learnt afterwards either, as there is also a continuation in the life concerning anything bad and negative that has not been cast aside. 168) Die Pubertät ist die eigentliche Rambozeit (Brutalitätszeit) insbesondere des männlichen Menschen, wobei jedoch auch das weibliche Geschlecht nicht davon ausgeschlossen ist, und was in dieser Zeit hinsichtlich einer positiven Entwicklung der Individualität resp. des Wesens nicht gelernt wird, wird in der Regel auch später nicht mehr gelernt, wie sich auch in bezug auf Schlechtes und Negatives, das nicht abgelegt wird, ein Weiterbestehen im Leben ergibt.
169) Thus, the self-education in the stage of the puberty is of utmost importance, since that which must be learnt in this time and through which the individuality, i.e. the inner nature must be formed determines the further life until the old age, and out of this reason it is very difficult for you, you humankind of Earth, to still change to the good and the better, before you have left the time of the puberty, which can stretch from the age of 10 to 17 or even 19; and since the puberty is connected both to the physical development and to the consciousness-development, the individuality is also included therein, and is formed until the end of the puberty, which means that during the puberty-time the most important forms of the individuality, i.e. of the inner nature are formed and this process accompanies great circumstances of tension, as a result physiological and hormonal changes to the body and consciousness are brought about, which is why the puberty is also a phase of social, thought-feeling-based as well as psychical unequalisedness. 169) Also ist die Selbsterziehung im Stadium der Pubertät von äusserster Wichtigkeit, denn das, was in dieser Zeit gelernt und dadurch die Individualität resp. das Wesen geformt werden muss, bestimmt das weitere Leben bis ins hohe Alter, und aus diesem Grund ist es für euch, ihr Menschheit der Erde, sehr schwer, euch noch zum Guten und Besseren zu wandeln, ehe ihr aus der Zeit der Pubertät hinausgetreten seid, die sich ab dem 10. bis zum 17. oder gar bis 19. Lebensjahr erstrecken kann; und da die Pubertät sowohl mit der körperlichen Entwicklung wie auch mit der Bewusstseinsentwicklung verbunden ist, ist darin auch die Individualität miteingeschlossen, die bis zum Abschluss der Pubertät geformt wird, was bedeutet, dass in der Pubertätszeit also die wichtigsten Formen der Individualität resp. des Wesens geformt werden und dieser Prozess mit grossen Spannungsverhältnissen einhergeht, wobei physiologische und hormonelle Körperund auch Bewusstseinsveränderungen hervorgerufen werden, wodurch die Pubertät auch eine Phase sozialer und gedanklich-gefühlsmässiger wie auch psychischer Unausgeglichenheit ist.
170) As a rule, the behaviour in the puberty is characterised by strong excitement as well as by feeling-ambivalence, i.e. feeling-doubtfulness, i.e. being torn in the feelings, i.e. relationship-contradictoriness and feeling-overboarding, connected with a protesting behaviour against the adults and fellow human beings in general, through which orientation-difficulties in the social domain etc. come about. 170) In der Regel ist das Verhalten in der Pubertät von starker Erregtheit geprägt wie auch von Gefühlsambivalenz resp. Gefühlszwiespältigkeit resp. Gefühlszerrissenheit resp. Beziehungswidersprüchlichkeit und Gefühlsübersteigerung, verbunden mit einem Protestverhalten gegenüber den Erwachsenen und Mitmenschen allgemein, wodurch im sozialen Bereich usw. Orientierungsschwierigkeiten entstehen.
171) And if some or all of the negative factors of the puberty are not mastered, worked upon and not brought under control through a healthy social and life-based attitude by the end of the puberty-time, and thus influenced the main form of the individuality, i.e. the inner nature, then the human being remains totally or partially stuck in his or her puberty and carries forward everything into the whole coming life. 171) Und werden alle oder Teile der negativen Faktoren der Pubertät bis zum Ende der Pubertätszeit nicht bewältigt, aufgearbeitet und nicht durch eine gesunde soziale und lebensmässige Einstellung unter Kontrolle gebracht und dadurch die Hauptform der Individualität resp. das Wesen geprägt, dann bleibt der Mensch ganz oder teilweise in seiner Pubertät stecken und trägt alles in das ganze folgende Leben hinein.
172) The puberty serves you, you humankind of Earth, through the effects of the creational laws and recommendations, to evolve to true human beings and become grown up, so that you may live rightfully, in responsibility, righteousness and conscientiousness and that you let nothing evil rise up in you; if however you do not follow the guidance of the laws and recommendations that are creational, and if you do not use the time and the possibilities of the puberty, then you will live all your life totally or partly in that state, and indeed with all or some of the puberty-attributes, which is why you will fall prey to all terrible things, the murdering, the hatred and jealousy, the acting with Gewalt, the unpeace and stinginess, the unfreedom, war, disharmony, the pathological craving for revenge and the pathological craving for retaliation, the avarice as well as everything else that is of the evil. 172) Die Pubertät dient euch, ihr Menschheit der Erde, durch die Wirkungen der schöpferischen Gesetze und Gebote dazu, dass ihr euch zu wahren Menschen entwickelt und erwachsen werdet, auf dass ihr des Rechtens, in Verantwortung, Rechtschaffenheit und Gewissenhaftigkeit lebt und dass ihr nichts Böses in euch aufkommen lasst; befolgt ihr jedoch nicht die Weisungen der Gesetze und Gebote schöpferischer Prägung und nutzt ihr nicht die Zeit und die Möglichkeiten der Pubertät, dann lebt ihr zeitlebens ganz oder teilweise in dieser dahin, und zwar mit allen oder teilweisen Pubertätserscheinungen, wodurch ihr allen Übeln verfallt, dem Morden, dem Hass und der Eifersucht, der Gewalttätigkeit, dem Unfrieden und Geiz, der Unfreiheit, dem Krieg, der Disharmonie, Rachsucht und Vergeltungssucht, der Habgier sowie sonst allem, was des Bösen ist.
173) Be therefore already concerned in your time of the puberty to become true human beings, because after that time it will be so arduous and onerous for you to do so, that you can accomplish it only with great exceptions, therefore the rule is such that you will remain in all the Ausartungen and live them out throughout your life as you have brought them up in your puberty. 173) Seid also bereits in eurer Zeit der Pubertät darauf bedacht, wahrliche Menschen zu werden, denn nach dieser Zeit wird es euch dazu so mühevoll und beschwerlich, dass ihr es nur mit grossen Ausnahmen noch schaffen könnt, folglich die Regel die ist, dass ihr Zeit eures Lebens in all den Ausartungen verweilt und sie auslebt, wie ihr sie in eurer Pubertät aufgebracht habt.
174) Consider, if you do not fully come out of your puberty, it will last totally or partially during your whole life, so you will not really become an adult, because adulthood does not mean that you become an adult when your body has grown out of the youth-age, rather you are adults only then, when you have mastered your puberty and have proceeded out of it to become a true human being; if however that is not the case, then you will also, during your life after the time of youth, be more or less, in small or big parts, captives of your pubertyfactors. 174) Bedenkt, wenn ihr nicht völlig aus eurer Pubertät herauskommt, bleibt sie ganz oder teilweise während eures ganzen Lebens bestehen, so ihr nicht wirklich erwachsen werdet, denn Erwachsensein bedeutet nicht, dass ihr dann erwachsen seid, wenn euer Körper dem Jugendalter entwachsen ist, sondern erwachsen seid ihr erst dann, wenn ihr eure Pubertät bewältigt und daraus hervorgehend wahrer Mensch geworden seid; ist das jedoch nicht der Fall, dann seid ihr auch während eures Lebens nach der Jugendzeit mehr oder weniger, in kleinen oder grossen Teilen, Gefangene eurer Pubertätsfaktoren.
175) Indeed, the puberty-influences are, in the normal case, worked upon amply, so no factors thereof are carried forward into the life, which however does not mean that many of you, you humankind of Earth, are not able to work out certain parts of the puberty-problems and thus take parts of them over into the life and have to bear them throughout their lifetime, such as aggression, acting with Gewalt, hatred, disharmony, jealousy, feelinglessness, being torn in the feelings, pathological craving for revenge, pathological craving for strife etc., which does not rarely lead to murder and manslaughter and even to deeds of war; therefore these are to a large extent factors that must be brought under control in the puberty, which is, however, due to a lack of correct education through parents or others with educational authority as well as through the wrong self-education amongst many of you, you humankind of Earth, not given in great measure. 175) Tatsächlich werden im Normalfall die Pubertätseinflüsse umfänglich aufgearbeitet, folglich nicht irgendwelche Faktoren davon ins Leben übertragen werden, was jedoch nicht bedeutet, dass viele von euch, ihr Menschheit der Erde, gewisse Teile der Pubertätsprobleme nicht zu verarbeiten vermögen und deshalb Teile davon ins Leben übernehmen und ihrer Lebzeit lang daran zu tragen haben, wie z.B. Aggression, Gewalttätigkeit, Hass, Disharmonie, Eifersucht, Gefühllosigkeit, Gefühlszerrissenheit, Rachsucht, Streitsucht usw., was nicht selten zu Mord und Totschlag und gar zu Kriegshandlungen führt; also sind das weitgehend Faktoren, die in der Pubertät unter Kontrolle gebracht werden müssen, was jedoch mangels richtiger Erziehung durch Eltern oder sonstige Erziehungsberechtigte sowie durch die falsche Selbsterziehung unter vielen von euch, ihr Menschheit der Erde, nicht in grossem Mass gegeben ist.
176) Your self-education has not ended with the end of the puberty-time, because even afterwards it is given that you human beings must work on yourselves throughout your lifetime, in order to become ever truer in being human in the real and true sense; but these factors of learning are not puberty-moments carried over into the life, but rather normal life-based learning functions, through which possibilities are given to influence the individuality, i.e. the inner nature and to form it further to the good and better. 176) Eure Selbsterziehung ist nicht mit dem Ende der Pubertätszeit beendet, denn auch danach ist es gegeben, dass ihr Menschen Zeit eures Lebens an euch arbeiten müsst, um im wahren Menschsein immer wahrlicher zu werden; doch diese Lernfaktoren sind nicht ins Leben übertragene Pubertätsmomente, sondern normale lebensmässige Lernfunktionen, durch die Möglichkeiten gegeben sind, die Individualität resp. das Wesen zu beeinflussen und weiter zum Guten und Besseren zu formen.
177) Throw away everything that is terrible already in your puberty so that you do not torment yourselves with it throughout your life and do not bring terribleness upon yourselves and upon your fellow human beings. 177) Werft bereits in eurer Pubertät alles fort, was des Übels ist, auf dass ihr euch nicht damit durch euer Leben quält und nicht Unheil über euch und eure Mitmenschen bringt.
178) You humankind of Earth, bring down the pubertal barriers that you have raised up in you as an erroneous assumption and have taken over into the life, because only if you bring down these barriers, even though this is immensely difficult, will your life have stability and your whole humankind will have the chance that true love and freedom as well as harmony and peace will come amongst you. 178) Ihr Menschheit der Erde, stürzt eure pubertären Schranken, die ihr als Irrtum in euch aufgerichtet und ins Leben übernommen habt, denn nur wenn ihr diese Schranken stürzt, auch wenn das noch so ungeheuer schwer ist, hat euer Leben Bestand und eure ganze Menschheit die Chance, dass unter ihr endlich wahre Liebe und Freiheit sowie Harmonie und Frieden einkehren.
179) Your previous wrong attitude towards the life and the duties thereof has created in you a completely wrong basis on which you strive fully in vain, despite great plans and deeds, to find the real truth of all truth in yourselves and in the creational laws and recommendations, which you could build up in yourselves as all-embracing knowledge and great wisdom. 179) Eure bisherige falsche Einstellung zum Leben und zu dessen Pflicht hat in euch eine völlig falsche Grundlage geschaffen, auf der ihr euch trotz grossen Plänen und Handlungen völlig umsonst bemüht, die wahrliche Wahrheit aller Wahrheit in euch selbst und in den schöpferischen Gesetzen und Geboten zu finden, die ihr als umfassendes Wissen und grosse Weisheit in euch aufbauen könntet.
180) If you strive for the effective truth, as you can find it in yourselves and in the laws and recommendations of the Creation, then you come across things that free you from your fickleness and your doubts and compulsions, and shatter your whole construct of the irresponsibility, unrighteousness and consciencelessness, so that you also lose your pusillanimity and give up your resentment. 180) Wenn ihr euch um die effective Wahrheit bemüht, wie ihr sie in euch und in den Gesetzen und Geboten der Schöpfung finden könnt, dann stosst ihr dabei auf Dinge, die euch von eurer Wankelmütigkeit sowie von euren Zweifeln und Zwängen befreien und euren ganzen Bau der Verantwortungslosigkeit, Unrechtschaffenheit und der Gewissenlosigkeit zertrümmern, so ihr auch eure Verzagtheit verliert und euer Grollen aufgebt.
181) If you, you humankind of Earth, however do not follow this guidance, then every one of you will have to bear the disadvantage all alone, as a result, there will be no advancement for you, neither with regard to a progress in the individuality, i.e. in the formation of the inner nature, nor with regard to the consciousness-evolution. 181) Folgt ihr, ihr Menschheit der Erde, jedoch nicht dieser Weisung, dann hat jeder einzelne von euch den Schaden ganz allein zu tragen, wobei es für euch kein Vorwärtskommen gibt, und zwar weder in bezug auf einen Fortschritt in der Individualität resp. der Formung des Wesens noch hinsichtlich der Bewusstseinsevolution.
182) If you leave the guidance of the progress and the development out of your attention, then you will stand still in useless stagnation, or you will even retreat and fall back into old things and vices etc. that you had arduously mastered and brought behind you. 182) Lasst ihr die Weisung des Fortschritts und der Entwicklung ausser acht, dann bleibt ihr stehen in nutzloser Stagnation, oder ihr schreitet gar zurück und verfallt wieder alten Dingen und Lastern usw., die ihr mühevoll bewältigt und hinter euch gebracht habt.
183) And if you do not follow the guidance, then you lengthen your way that you must arduously go for the sake of your general progress and your consciousness-evolution. 183) Und folgt ihr nicht der Weisung, dann verlängert ihr euren Weg, den ihr mühsam gehen müsst um eures allgemeinen Fortschritts und um eurer Bewusstseinsevolution willen.
184) But if you find the way of the truth in you, which is itself the truth and the culmination-point, then you will bring together knowledge upon knowledge and build it up according to the principle of “constant dripping fills the glass”, thus you will become ever more knowing and wiser in the truth and will begin to live it. 184) Doch findet ihr den Weg der Wahrheit in euch, der selbst die Wahrheit und das Ziel ist, dann tragt ihr Wissen um Wissen zusammen und häuft es an nach dem Prinzip «Steter Tropfen füllt das Glas», so ihr also immer wissender und weiser werdet in der Wahrheit und sie zu leben beginnt.
185) And if you have finally comprehended the truth in its entirety as it truthly is, then you will tread on the right way of the life and will get ever closer to the actual culmination-point which is given in the evolution of your consciousness. 185) Und habt ihr endlich die Wahrheit als Ganzes aufgefasst, so wie sie wahrheitlich ist, dann schreitet ihr auf dem rechten Weg des Lebens dahin und rückt dem eigentlichen Ziel immer näher, das in der Evolution eures Bewusstseins gegeben ist.
186) And truly, if you reach this culmination point and strive for the ongoing consciousness-evolution, then the rise up to it will make you great joy and will bring you satisfaction. 186) Und wahrlich, gelangt ihr zu diesem Ziel und bemüht ihr euch um die fortlaufende Bewusstseinsevolution, dann macht euch der Aufstieg zu ihr grosse Freude und bringt euch Genugtuung.
187) In the rising-up in the consciousness-evolution you can then feel and understand the interaction between all things, how they pulse with the warmness of the life through the whole, through the oneness which is given through the creational and which thus connects everything with each other in an interacting wise, because everything is driven and held in its existence, life and activity by the creational energy and power; and if you comprehend and understand this, then the shining light of the truth will ignite in you, through which you will fill your life with love and strive unstoppably after the being human in the real and true sense, after peace, freedom and harmony for yourselves and for your whole humankind. 187) Im Aufsteigen in der Bewusstseinsevolution könnt ihr dann auch die Wechselwirkung zwischen allen Dingen fühlen und verstehen, so wie sie lebenswarm durch das Ganze pulsieren, durch das Einheitliche, das durch das Schöpferische gegeben ist und alles miteinander in wechselseitiger Weise dadurch verbindet, weil alles in seinem Existieren, Leben und Wirken von der schöpferischen Energie und Kraft getrieben und gehalten wird; und erfasst und versteht ihr das, dann entzündet sich in euch das strahlende Licht der Wahrheit, durch das ihr euer Leben mit Liebe erfüllt und unaufhaltsam nach dem wahren Menschsein, nach Frieden, Freiheit und Harmonie für euch selbst sowie für eure ganze Menschheit strebt.
188) You however, you humankind of Earth, you must do a lot in order to become true human beings, because many of you live merely in comfort and indolence, which are, together with other things, causes of your mockery against the real truth, because you eschew the efforts to push over the false that you have so far gathered in terms of what you have thought, felt and learnt, consequently you are not able to build up anything new, truthly, valueful and realistic in yourselves. 188) Ihr aber, ihr Menschheit der Erde, ihr müsst sehr viel tun, um wahrliche Menschen zu werden, denn viele unter euch lebt ihr nur in Bequemlichkeit und Trägheit, die nebst anderem Ursachen für eure Spöttereien wider die wahrliche Wahrheit sind, weil ihr die Mühen scheut, das Falsche umzustossen, das ihr bisher an Gedachtem, Gefühltem und Gelerntem in euch angesammelt habt, folglich ihr nichts Neues, Wahrheitliches, Wertvolles und Realistisches in euch aufzubauen vermögt.
189) Truly, you who go along in this wise, you are not able to regulate your accustomed and wrong leading of life in order to bring about a new, healthy and right mode of life, for it is extremely uncomfortable for you to wring the necessary effort from yourselves for this. 189) Wahrlich, ihr, welche ihr in dieser Weise dahingeht, ihr vermögt nicht in eure gewohnte und falsche Lebensführung einzugreifen, um eine neue, gesunde und richtige Lebensweise herbeizuführen, denn es ist für euch äusserst unbequem, euch dafür die notwendige Mühe abzuringen.
190) Those however amongst you, you humankind of Earth, who are more knowing and wiser than the truthunknowers, do not let the unknowers regarding the truth and therefore also not the irresponsible ones and the conscienceless ones deprave and do not quarrel with them, but helpfully offer them your knowledge and your wisdom, and teach them the truthly truth. 190) Ihr aber unter euch, ihr Menschheit der Erde, welche ihr wissender und weiser seid als die Wahrheitsunwissenden, lasst nicht die Unwissenden in bezug auf die Wahrheit und also auch nicht die Verantwortungslosen und Gewissenlosen verkommen und streitet nicht mit ihnen, sondern bietet ihnen hilfreich euer Wissen und eure Weisheit an und belehrt sie der wahrheitlichen Wahrheit.
191) Do not leave those in the truth-unknowledge who search for the truth and have predominantly come so far to no longer dedicate themselves to the passing pleasures and to no longer be like animals, which do not think consciously but merely fill their stomachs with nourishment and live according to their impulses. 191) Lasst jene nicht im Wahrheitsunwissen, welche nach der Wahrheit suchen und bereit sind, sich mehrheitlich nicht mehr den vergänglichen Genüssen hinzugeben und nicht mehr Tieren gleich zu sein, die nicht bewusst denken, sondern nur ihren Magen mit Nahrung füllen und nach ihren Trieben leben.
192) If they ask you about the real truth and about the creational laws and recommendations as well as about the Creation itself, then teach them and give them the cognition for which they ask; and consider, what you pass on in knowledge and wisdom will in turn interactingly increase your knowledge and your wisdom. 192) Fragen sie euch nach der wahrlichen Wahrheit und nach den schöpferischen Gesetzen und Geboten sowie nach der Schöpfung selbst, dann belehrt sie und gebt ihnen die Erkenntnis, nach der sie verlangen; und bedenkt, was ihr an Wissen und Weisheit weitergebt, wird wechselwirkend auch wieder euer Wissen und eure Weisheit mehren.
