70) Truly, the effective truth that lies in the creational laws and recommendations as well as in the Creation itself can never be shown as such through priests, books, philosophers, servants of gods, redeemers, prophets, ideologues or other human beings, just as the questions about it cannot be either. 70) Wahrlich, die effective Wahrheit, die in schöpferischen Gesetzen und Geboten sowie in der Schöpfung selbst liegt, kann als solche niemals durch Priester, Bücher, Philosophen, Gottesdiener, Erlöser, Propheten, Ideologen oder sonstige Menschen aufgezeigt werden, wie auch nicht die Fragen danach.
71) However, it is a fact that the mode of functioning of the truth and therefore also the modes of functioning of the creational laws and recommendations can be named, although this does not belong in the explanationdomain of those who place a god above themselves and pray to it, just as all those caught up in religion of any kind do, such as priests, servants of gods, philosophers, redeemers and the like who stay far away from the teaching of the truth, the teaching of the spirit, the teaching of the life and therefore far from the ‹Teaching of the Prophets› in which everything that is known with regard to the truthly truth and mode of functioning of the creational laws and recommendations is proclaimed. 71) Tatsache ist aber, dass die Wirkungsweise der Wahrheit und damit auch die Wirkungsweisen der schöpferischen Gesetze und Gebote benannt werden können, was jedoch nicht in den Erklärungsbereich jener gehört, welche einen Gott über sich setzen und diesen anbeten, wie das alle Religionsbefangenen aller Art tun, wie Priester, Götterdiener, Philosophen, Erlöser usw., die sich fern der Lehre der Wahrheit, der Lehre des Geistes, der Lehre des Lebens und damit fern der ‹Lehre der Propheten› halten, in der alles Bekannte in bezug auf die wahrheitliche Wahrheit und Wirkungsweise der schöpferischen Gesetze und Gebote kundgetan wird.
72) And the ‹Teaching of the Prophets›, the ‹Goblet of the Truth›, only names the facts of the truth which run through the entire life and form the guidelines of the existence which you human beings of Earth shall follow so that you may lead a good and life-pleasing existence, valuing and esteeming it highly. 72) Und die ‹Lehre der Propheten›, der ‹Kelch der Wahrheit›, nennt nur die Tatsachen der Wahrheit, die sich durch das ganze Leben ziehen und die Richtlinien des Daseins bilden, die ihr Menschen der Erde befolgen sollt, auf dass ihr ein gutes und lebengefälliges Dasein führt und es hoch wertet und schätzt.
73) The teaching of the truth, the teaching of the spirit, the teaching of the life of the true prophets teaches you in accordance with the cognitions proceeding out of the creational laws and recommendations, all those things that you require for a true and fair as well as conscientious and responsible life-conduct, so that true love and harmony may exist in you yourselves as well as amongst your entire humankind, as well as truthly freedom and all-embracing peace. 73) Die Lehre der Wahrheit, die Lehre des Geistes, die Lehre des Lebens der wahrlichen Propheten lehrt euch, gemäss den Erkenntnissen, die aus den schöpferischen Gesetzen und Geboten hervorgehen, all jene Dinge, die ihr zu einer wahrlichen und gerechten sowie gewissenhaften und verantwortungsvollen Lebensführung benötigt, auf dass in euch selbst sowie unter eurer ganzen Menschheit wahre Liebe und Harmonie sei wie auch wahrheitliche Freiheit und umfassender Frieden.
74) And if you follow the teaching, the ‹Goblet of the Truth›, the ‹Teaching of the Prophets›, and if you learn everything which it imparts you, then you shall not simply accept everything as given, but rather use it in order to fathom it out and to work it out in yourselves, so that you may find the real truth out of and in everything, and become knowing and wise in yourselves by understanding and following the truth that you have found in yourselves. 74) Und folgt ihr der Lehre, dem ‹Kelch der Wahrheit›, der ‹Lehre der Propheten›, und lernt ihr alles, was sie euch vermittelt, dann sollt ihr das Ganze nicht einfach als gegeben hinnehmen, sondern es benutzen, um es in euch selbst zu ergründen und zu verarbeiten, auf dass ihr aus und in allem die wahrliche Wahrheit findet und in euch selbst wissend und weise werdet, indem ihr die in euch gefundene Wahrheit versteht und befolgt.
75) Consider also, you human beings of Earth, only what you have created in yourselves through hard workingout and truth-finding through the explanations and guidance of the teaching of the truth, the teaching of the spirit, the teaching of the life and all that which you perceive in the free nature all around in all things and life forms and recognise as effects of the creational laws and recommendations, can you find in yourselves as effective truth if you consciously and honestly strive to do so. 75) Bedenkt also, ihr Menschen der Erde, nur was ihr in euch selbst durch harte Verarbeitung und Wahrheitsfindung erschafft durch die Auslegungen und Weisungen der Lehre der Wahrheit, der Lehre des Geistes, der Lehre des Lebens und all dessen, was ihr in der freien Natur rundum in allen Dingen und bei Lebensformen wahrnehmt und als Wirkungen der schöpferischen Gesetze und Gebote erkennt, könnt ihr in euch selbst als effective Wahrheit finden, wenn ihr euch bewusst und ehrlich darum bemüht.
76) Therefore, it is a fact that no one can answer the question about the truthly truth for you themselves, not even the true prophets, because these can only guide you in the explanations of the truth as well as the modes of functioning of the creational laws and recommendations, whereas you can only find the truth for this in yourselves if you think through everything neutrally in yourselves and find the result of the truth therein. 76) Also ist Tatsache, dass euch niemand die Frage nach der wahrheitlichen Wahrheit selbst beantworten kann, auch nicht die wahrlichen Propheten, denn diese können euch nur die Auslegungen der Wahrheit weisen sowie die Wirkungsweisen der schöpferischen Gesetze und Gebote, während ihr die Wahrheit dafür aber nur in euch selbst finden könnt, wenn ihr alles neutral in euch durchdenkt und das Resultat der Wahrheit darin findet.
77) But consider, when you want to find the truth in yourselves, and this is the only way to the truthly truth, then you shall not be immature in yourselves and you must therefore know yourselves so that you can understand yourselves, which in turn must be obtained through self-cognition. 77) Doch bedenkt, wenn ihr die Wahrheit in euch selbst finden wollt, und das ist der einzige Weg zur wahrheitlichen Wahrheit, dann dürft ihr nicht unreif in euch selbst sein und müsst euch also kennen, auf dass ihr euch selbst verstehen könnt, was wiederum durch Selbsterkenntnis erlangt werden muss.
78) If, therefore, you turn to the ‹Teaching of the Prophets› then you do not need to search for any kind of ‹higher things› or for ‹redemption› or for any other thing based in irrational teachings, but solely and exclusively learn out of the teaching only those things which lead you to the self-cognition and to your own self and to all those characterly and virtuous values through which you can raise yourselves up to the being human in the real and true sense; and it is only once you have acquired certain values in this regard and have found your own self that you shall turn to those things of the teaching through which you make valueful perceptions and deeper cognitions and cognisances as well as win deeper knowledge and practical experience which you feel as livingexperience and can use as wisdom. 78) Wenn ihr euch also der ‹Lehre der Propheten› zuwendet, dann müsst ihr nicht nach irgendwelchen ‹höheren Dingen› oder nach ‹Erlösung› oder nach sonstig Irrlehremässigem suchen, sondern einzig und allein aus der Lehre erst jene Dinge lernen, die euch zur Selbsterkenntnis und zu eurem Selbst und zu allen jenen charakterlichen und tugendhaften Werten führen, durch die ihr euch selbst zum wahren Menschsein erheben könnt; und erst wenn ihr in dieser Beziehung euch gewisse Werte angeeignet und ihr euer Selbst gefunden habt, sollt ihr euch jenen Dingen der Lehre zuwenden, durch die ihr wertvolle Wahrnehmungen macht und tiefere Erkenntnisse und Kenntnisse wie auch tieferes Wissen sowie Erfahrung gewinnt, die ihr als Erleben spürt und als Weisheit nutzen könnt.
79) And if you ask yourselves what your self is, then you must fathom your inner nature and its individuality in order to be able to observe that there is a great difference between this individuality, i.e. the character of your inner nature and you human beings as such, i.e. as individuums. 79) Und fragt ihr euch, was euer Selbst ist, dann müsst ihr euer Wesen erforschen und dessen Individualität, um dabei feststellen zu können, dass zwischen dieser Individualität resp. der Eigenart eures Wesens und euch Menschen als solche resp. als Individuum ein grosser Unterschied besteht.
80) You human beings as individuums with your own will and your own decisions are more or less free, not bound to one place and you can be anywhere you like and love, such as in a place, in a country, or you can belong to a quite distinct society, culture and religion, can dedicate yourselves to your activity and use everything which is of material kind and in this wise determines your life as a human being; however, your individuality is bound as character in your nature as a local oneness, and gives expression of itself with its especialness, peculiarities as well as with the character, the virtues and with the personality, etc. 80) Ihr Menschen als Individuum mit eigenem Willen und eigenen Entscheidungen seid mehr oder weniger frei, nicht örtlich gebunden und könnt überall dort sein, wo es euch gefällt und beliebt, wie eben an einem Ort, in einem Land, oder ihr könnt einer ganz bestimmten Gesellschaft, Kultur und Religion angehören, euch eurer Tätigkeit widmen und alles nutzen, das materieller Art ist und in dieser Weise euer Leben als Mensch bestimmt; eure Individualität jedoch ist als Eigenart in eurem Wesen als lokale Einheit gebunden und bringt sich mit ihren Besonderheiten, Eigentümlichkeiten sowie mit dem Charakter, den Tugenden und mit der Persönlichkeit usw. zum Ausdruck.
