128) Understand, human beings of Earth, that the ‹Teaching of the Prophets›, the ‹Goblet of the Truth›, the teaching of the truth, the teaching of the spirit, the teaching of the life, is no ideology and no philosophy, neither is it a religious construction of confusing terms and irrational ideas; therefore, however, the teaching does not require a belief nor any praying and entreaties to gods and tin gods or to human beings who raise themselves up to tin gods. 128) Versteht, Menschen der Erde, dass die ‹Lehre der Propheten›, der ‹Kelch der Wahrheit›, die Lehre der Wahrheit, die Lehre des Geistes, die Lehre des Lebens keine Ideologie und keine Philosophie ist wie auch kein religiöses Gebäude von wirren Begriffen und irren Ideen; also aber bedingt die Lehre auch nicht einen Glauben wie auch nicht ein Beten und Flehen an Götter und Götzen oder an Menschen, die sich zu Abgöttern erheben.
129) Ideologies, philosophies and religions are belief-conditioned theories which, as exceedingly foolish guidances into the unreal, have nothing to do with the effective truth and with the effects of the creational laws and recommendations. 129) Ideologien, Philosophien und Religionen sind glaubensbedingte Theorien, die als äusserst törichte Irreführungen mit der effectiven Wahrheit und mit den Wirkungen der schöpferischen Gesetze und Gebote nichts zu tun haben.
130) What is important in your life is, without doubt, not false religions, ideologies and philosophies, but rather that you consciously observe and perceive everything round and about you, and indeed everything that arises dayin and day-out and actually in yourselves, everything negative and positive, everything agreeable and disagreeable, as well as everything that happens to your fellow human beings and throughout the entire world. 130) Wichtig in eurem Leben sind zweifellos nicht falsche Religionen, Ideologien und Philosophien, sondern dass ihr alles rund um euch bewusst beobachtet und wahrnehmt, und zwar alles, was sich tagtäglich und tatsächlich in euch selbst ergibt, alles Negative und Positive, alles Erfreuliche und Unerfreuliche, so aber auch alles, was bei euren Mitmenschen und in der ganzen Welt geschieht.
131) And if you follow this guidance and you observe everything precisely and actually perceive everything and examine what goes on within you and outside you, then you can also understand it rationally and intellectually. 131) Und folgt ihr dieser Weisung und beobachtet ihr alles genau und nehmt auch tatsächlich alles wahr und prüft es, was innerhalb und ausserhalb euch vor sich geht, dann könnt ihr es auch vernunftsund verstandesmässig verstehen.
132) Rationality and intellect, however, do not fully encompass everything that your existence presents to you, rather they are only small parts of the whole, and you must put these together in order to finally have a oneness, a whole. 132) Vernunft und Verstand jedoch umfassen nicht in vollem Umfang alles, was euer Dasein euch darbringt, sondern es sind nur kleine Stücke vom Ganzen, wobei ihr diese zusammensetzen müsst, damit es letztlich eine Einheit, ein Ganzes, ergibt.
133) All things, therefore, which you comprehend are only small parts of the life, and indeed irrespective of how discerningly, venerably and traditionally these things of life may be put together as individual values or unvalues; it is you yourselves, however, who must put everything together into a whole, because it is only through this that you can reach the highest level of your understanding and your evolution, if you concern yourselves with the whole. 133) Alles, was ihr also erfasst, sind nur geringe Teile des Lebens, und zwar ganz gleich wie klug, ehrwürdig und traditionell diese Lebensdinge als einzelne Werte oder Unwerte auch zusammengesetzt sein mögen; ihr selbst seid es jedoch, die ihr alles zu einem Ganzen zusammensetzen müsst, weil ihr allein dadurch euer Ziel eures Verstehens und eurer Entwicklung erreichen könnt, wenn ihr euch mit der Ganzheit befasst.
134) It is only when you recognise what is going on in yourselves as well as in your fellow human beings and in the entire world in detail that you can start to understand that the inner and outer process is fundamentally an equal one. 134) Erst wenn ihr erkennt, was in euch sowie in euren Mitmenschen und in der ganzen Welt im einzelnen vor sich geht, könnt ihr zu verstehen beginnen, dass der innere und äussere Verlauf grundsätzlich ein einheitlicher ist.
135) The inner and outer process of development represents an all-embracing movement, where the movement of your inner is reflected in the outer, and the outer is reflected in your inner. 135) Der innere und äussere Entwicklungsgang stellt eine umfassende Bewegung dar, wobei sich die Bewegung eures Inneren im Äusseren und das Äussere sich in eurem Inneren widerspiegelt.
136) And truly, you human beings of Earth, you only need to consciously make yourselves capable of looking at everything just as amply and consciously and perceiving it just as consciously, because that and how you look is the fundamental necessity to which you must give your attention. 136) Und wahrlich müsst ihr euch, ihr Menschen der Erde, nur bewusst dazu fähig machen, ebenso umfänglich und bewusst auf alles hinzuschauen und es ebenso bewusst wahrzunehmen, denn dass und wie ihr schaut, ist die grundlegende Notwendigkeit, der ihr Beachtung schenken müsst.
137) Consider, if you know how you have to look at the things of the life and perceive them, then everything will become entirely clear and precise for you, and you will recognise that all that is required in order to look at and to perceive is merely your own motivation and merely your own will as well as your own initiative, however no ideology, no religion and no philosophy, as well as no teacher, priest, no gods and tin gods and of course no human idols and neither false nor true prophets, because only you alone through yourselves can determine over yourselves and over what you want to do or not do. 137) Bedenkt, wenn ihr wisst, wie ihr auf alle Dinge des Lebens schauen und diese wahrnehmen müsst, dann wird euch alles ganz klar und deutlich, und ihr erkennt, dass es zum Hinschauen und Wahrnehmen nur eurer eigenen Motivation und nur eures eigenen Willens sowie eurer eigenen Initiative bedarf, jedoch keiner Ideologie, keiner Religion und keiner Philosophie, wie aber auch keiner Lehrer, Priester, keiner Götter und Götzen und natürlich keiner menschlichen Abgötter und weder falscher noch wahrlicher Propheten, weil nur ihr allein durch euch selbst über euch bestimmen könnt und darüber, was ihr tun oder lassen wollt.
138) Truly, no one can say to you how you need to look and to perceive, therefore the true prophets do not say to you either how you shall look and perceive, but only that you shall look and perceive, because you are, as an individuum, as a human being, each of your own individuality, through which you alone can determine how, when and where you want to look at something and also how you want to perceive it. 138) Wahrlich, niemand kann euch sagen, wie ihr zu schauen und wahrzunehmen braucht, so euch die wahrlichen Propheten auch nicht sagen, wie ihr schauen und wahrnehmen sollt, sondern nur, dass ihr schauen und wahrnehmen sollt, denn ihr seid als Individuum, als Mensch, von je eigener Individualität, durch die ihr allein bestimmen könnt, wie, wann und wo ihr auf etwas schauen und es auch wahrnehmen wollt.
139) And if you strive to look at and perceive all things as they are in reality, and indeed both in yourselves and also in the world around you, amongst your fellow human beings and throughout the entire world, then you can really see what corresponds to the reality and therefore also to the truth; but truly, this alone is not enough for you to be able to change yourselves effortlessly and spontaneously in your inner nature, in your individuality – and that is the actual problem, because it is also necessary for a complete change to take place in your inner nature. 139) Und bemüht ihr euch um das Schauen und Wahrnehmen aller Dinge, wie sie in Wirklichkeit sind, und zwar sowohl in euch selbst als auch in eurer Umwelt, bei euren Mitmenschen und in der ganzen Welt, dann könnt ihr wirklich das sehen, was der Realität und damit auch der Wahrheit entspricht; doch wahrlich genügt das allein nicht, dass ihr euch mühelos und spontan in eurem Wesen, in eurer Individualität, wandeln könnt – und das ist das eigentliche Problem, denn es muss auch eine vollkommene Umwälzung in eurem Wesen stattfinden.
