And if you are asked whether you should give donations to the poor and needy, to the sick and suffering and
for the truth-teaching, in order to spread it, then answer that whatever goodly and ample wealth is given to
this cause brings its own gladness and prosperousness, just as it prospers the spreading of the truth and love,
as well as help for the sick and suffering, for the poor and needy and for orphans and wayfarers. |

Und werdet ihr gefragt, ob ihr für die Armen und Bedürftigen, für die Kranken und Leidenden und
für die Wahrheitslehre zu deren Verbreitung spenden sollt, dann antwortet darauf, dass das, was
an gutem und reichlichem Vermögen dafür hingegeben wird, eigenes Frohsein und Gedeihen
bringt, wie auch Gedeihen für die Verbreitung der Wahrheit und der Liebe sowie Hilfe für die Kranken und Leidenden, für die Armen und Bedürftigen und für die Waisen und den Wandersmann. |
