214) Those wallowing in inequity (irresponsibility/unfairness) and the unknowing ones amongst you falsify what the prophets bring in the truth-teaching, in signs (marvels/evidence) and in the guideline (sign-posting/leading thought) when they teach it to you through word and writing; and you curse the prophets, and in hatred also the people of your kind (human beings) all around, nevertheless the prophets forgive you but the people you have cursed amongst the people of your kind (human beings) do not forgive you and curse you also. 214) Die der Unbilligkeit (Verantwortungslosigkeit/Ungerechtigkeit) Frönenden und die Unwissenden unter euch verhehlen (verfälschen), was die Propheten bringen an der Wahrheitslehre, an Zeichen (Wundersamkeiten/Beweisen) und an der Richtschnur (Wegweisung/Leitgedanke), wenn sie es euch lehren durch Wort und Schrift; und ihr verflucht die Propheten, und im Hass auch die Euresgleichen (Menschen) rundum, doch die Propheten vergeben euch, aber die von euch Verfluchten unter den Euresgleichen (Menschen) vergeben euch nicht und verfluchen auch euch.
215) You, however, if you feel sorry and you improve yourselves and profess yourselves open to the truth, you will be representatives of the prophets, so that you shall pass on the recognised truth to all those who ask about it; however you shall not proclaim your wisdom unasked and not attack other people with it, such as the believers do who have become a slave to divinities and tin gods. 215) Ihr aber, wenn ihr bereut und euch bessert und offen zur Wahrheit bekennt, ihr werdet Beauftragte der Propheten, so ihr die erkannte Wahrheit weitergeben sollt an alle jene, welche euch nach ihr befragen; nicht jedoch sollt ihr ungefragt eure Weisheit kundtun und nicht damit andere angreifen, wie das die Gläubigen tun, die Gottheiten und Götzen verfallen sind.
216) And if you regret your unknowledge and your inequity (unfairness) and improve yourselves and profess yourselves open to the truth-teaching, then you must forgive yourselves because you alone are the forgiving ones for yourselves when you have found the path to the truth and freedom, to peace, to love and to consonance (harmony) in yourselves and have thereby created a living hoard in yourselves. 216) Und wenn ihr euer Unwissen und eure Unbilligkeit (Ungerechtigkeit) bereut und euch bessert und euch offen zur Wahrheitslehre bekennt, dann müsst ihr euch selbst verzeihen, denn ihr allein seid die Vergebenden für euch selbst, wenn ihr den Pfad zur Wahrheit und Freiheit, zum Frieden, zur Liebe und zur Gleichstimmung (Harmonie) in euch gefunden habt und damit einen lebendigen Hort in euch erschafft.
217) Those, however, who are unknowing ones and ones wallowing in inequity (irresponsibility/unfairness) and eke out an existence as such, they curse themselves all-in-all because their present existence becomes an unjoy and, sooner or later, a torment. 217) Die aber, die Unwissende und der Unbilligkeit (Verantwortungslosigkeit/Ungerechtigkeit) Frönende sind und als solche das Leben fristen, sie fluchen sich selbst insgesamt, denn ihnen wird ihr Dasein zur Unfreude und früher oder später zur Qual.
218) But those who are distressed by unjoy and torment shall not remain so, because they shall moderate their own punishment that they have imposed on themselves and come to recognition if they turn to the truth of the Creation and its laws and recommendations and fulfil them. 218) Doch die durch Unfreude und Qual gepeinigt sind, sollen nicht so bleiben, denn sie sollen ihre eigene ihnen selbst auferlegte Strafe mildern und Aufklärung erlangen, wenn sie sich der Wahrheit der Erschaffung (Schöpfung) und deren Gesetzen und Geboten zuwenden und sie erfüllen.
219) And there is no god, no one god, and there is no tin god, no one tin god, who is favourable and benevolent, because god and tin god are inventions and lies and delusions of the brain of people of your kind (the human brain) and are of no use in any good wise whatsoever, except in evil for enslaving the people of your kind (human beings) through the mendacity of the priests serving god and tin gods, through whom their believers are subjugated and exploited. 219) Und es ist kein Gott, kein einiger Gott, und es ist kein Götze, kein einiger Götze, der gnädig und barmherzig wäre, denn Gott und Götze sind Erdichtungen und Lügen und Gespinste des Euresgleichen Gehirns (Menschengehirns) und zu nichts tauglich in irgendeiner guten Weise, ausser im Bösen zur Versklavung der Euresgleichen (Menschen) durch die Verlogenheit der gottdienenden und götzendienenden Priester, durch die ihre Gläubigen geknechtet und ausgebeutet werden.
220) Truly, in the Creation of the firmaments (universe) and the earth-roundnesses (worlds/planets) and in the change from day and night and in the flying machines which fly through the air and the skies, and in the ships which travel over the seas, lakes and rivers carrying everything that is useful to you, and in the water (rain) that falls from the firmament and invigorates Earth, and scattered over it the people of your kind (human beings) and all kinds of animals and other creatures, and in the change of the weather and the winds and the clouds which float between the firmament and Earth, and the sun in the sky and the stars and the moon in the firmament at night; all of these are real signs of the truthly Creation which stands as an unmeasurable secret above all life, above all firmaments (universe) and above all earths (worlds/planets); and they are signs (evidence) for everyone who recognises the truth and understands it, who turns to it and forms their present existence with it. 220) Wahrlich, in der Erschaffung (Schöpfung) der Himmel (Universum) und der Erdenrundheiten (Welten/Planeten) und im Wechsel von Tag und Nacht und in den Fluggeräten, die die Lüfte und die Himmel befliegen, und in den Schiffen, die die Meere, Seen und Flüsse befahren mit allem, was euch dienlich ist, und im Wasser (Regen), das vom Himmel fällt und das die Erde belebt, und darauf verstreut die Euresgleichen (Menschen) und allerlei Getier, und im Wechsel der Wetter und der Winde und der Wolken, die zwischen Himmel und Erde schweben, und die Sonne am Himmel und die Sterne und der Mond am Himmel der Nacht; alles sind fürwahr Zeichen der wahrheitlichen Erschaffung (Schöpfung), die als unmessbares Geheimnis über allem Leben, über allen Himmeln (Universum) und über allen Erden (Welten/Planeten) steht; und es sind Zeichen (Beweise) für jene, welche die Wahrheit erkennen und verstehen, die sich ihr zuwenden und mit ihr ihr Dasein gestalten.
221) However, there are others amongst you who have set up a divinity or a tin god or an object of worship for themselves because they are unknowing in the truth of the primal raising (Creation) and love their god or tin gods or object as if it were living and truthful; and they are sick in their belief and without rationality, because they are unable to distinguish between their delusion and the truth of reality; they are malefactors (irresponsible ones) against the truth, and if they could see themselves as malefactors (lawbreakers) and understand it then they would realise the hardship and the misery and the punishment that they themselves are imposing in themselves and which never comes from the primal raising (Creation) or from outside. 221) Doch es gibt andere unter euch, die sich eine Gottheit oder einen Götzen oder einen Gegenstand der Anbetung setzen, weil sie unwissend in der Wahrheit der Urhebung (Schöpfung) sind und ihren Gott oder Götzen oder Gegenstand lieben, als ob er lebend und wahrhaftig sei; und sie sind krank in ihrem Glauben und ohne Vernunft, denn sie vermögen ihren Wahn nicht zu unterscheiden von der Wahrheit der Wirklichkeit; sie sind Frevler (Verantwortungslose) an der Wahrheit, und wenn sie sich als Frevler (Gesetzesbrüchige) sehen und begreifen könnten, dann würden sie die Not und das Elend und die Strafe erfassen, die sie sich in sich selbst auferlegen und die niemals von der Urhebung (Schöpfung) oder von aussen kommt.
222) If those who lead you in a delusional belief in a god or tin gods then cut themselves off from you, then you are helpless as motherless lambs, because all your bonds have been cut to your leaders who keep you in the servitude (bondage) of belief. 222) Wenn jene, welche euch im irren Glauben an einen Gott oder Götzen führen, von euch lossagen, dann seid ihr hilflos wie mutterlose Hämmel, weil dann all eure Bande zu euren Führern zerschnitten sind, die euch in gläubiger Knechtschaft (Hörigkeit) halten.
223) And you who follow your false leaders of an untrue truth, in belief in a god or tin gods, you are afraid of turning back to the truth because you believe that you would deny your own god or tin gods as you are denying the real truth; however, if you turn around and turn yourselves towards the truth, then you will recognise the truth of origination (Creation) and its works, therefore you would free yourselves from your anguish and from the fire of self-punishment. 223) Und ihr, die ihr falschen Führern einer unwahren Wahrheit folgt, im Glauben an einen Gott oder Götzen, ihr fürchtet euch davor, umzukehren zur Wahrheit, weil ihr glaubt, dass ihr euren Gott oder Götzen verleugnet, wie ihr die wahrliche Wahrheit verleugnet; kehrt ihr aber um und wendet euch der Wahrheit zu, dann werdet ihr die Wahrheit der Entstehung (Schöpfung) und ihre Werke erkennen, so ihr euch von eurer Ängstigung und vom Feuer der Selbstbestrafung befreit.
224) Eat of everything that serves you as food on Earth, fruits, vegetables and meat, of every fruit and every berry, of all herbs and of all animals and creatures of every kind and of everything that tastes good to you, because nothing is banned (forbidden), rather everything is allowed to you that tastes good to you and is not poisonous to you; if however someone forbids you from doing this, then they are not doing rightfully, are your obvious enemy and are contradicting the laws of origination (Creation) and the truth-teaching; they only bid you to do evil and disgraceful things, which contradict the laws of the primal wellspring (Creation) and that you speak ill of the truth and of things that you do not know. 224) Esst von all dem, was euch auf Erden zur Nahrung dient, von Früchten, Gemüsen und Fleisch, von jeder Frucht und jeder Beere, von allen Kräutern und von allem Getier jeder Art und von allem, was euch mundet, denn nichts sei euch unerlaubt (verboten), sondern es sei euch alles erlaubt, was euch mundet und nicht giftig für euch ist; ist da aber einer, der euch das verbietet, der tut nicht des Rechtens, ist euer offenkundiger Feind und widerspricht den Gesetzen der Entstehung (Schöpfung) und der Wahrheitslehre; er heisst euch nur Böses und Schändliches zu tun, das wider die Gesetze der Urquelle (Schöpfung) spricht und dass ihr Böses von der Wahrheit redet und Dinge, die ihr nicht wisst.
225) And all of those amongst you who are knowing in real truth, eat of all good things that are given to you through the laws of formation (Creation) and of appearance (nature) on Earth; be thankful for everything that you receive because the goodness and the benevolence of the creative (Creation) and of the appearance (nature) created by it are vast and without end. 225) Und alle unter euch, die ihr wissend in wahrlicher Wahrheit seid, esst von allen guten Dingen, die euch durch die Gesetze der Gestaltung (Schöpfung) und des Aussehens (Natur) auf Erden gegeben sind; seid dankbar für alles, was ihr erhaltet, denn die Güte und die Huld der Erschaffenden (Schöpfung) und des von ihr erschaffenen Aussehens (Natur) sind unermesslich und ohne Ende.
226) You shall only be prohibited from nourishing yourselves with things that have themselves perished and are rotten and therefore are inedible; given to you are all edible and non-poisonous fruits and vegetables, all fermented juices (alcohol such as wine, beer, spirits, etc.) and all the meat of all animals and other creatures from which you wish to eat, from the small rodent, from the rabbit, the goat, the sheep and the pig, cattle, the horse and the camel and everything that tastes good to you, but always in a tolerable and healthy quantity without gorging or gluttony; the animals and other creatures, rodents, rabbits, goats and sheep, pigs and cattle, horses and camels and everything that is edible may appear unclean externally because they live in dirt, but on the inside they are clean and good, therefore they may serve as nourishment once the outside is cleaned of dirt; also the blood of the animals and other creatures may serve as nourishment in some cases, and the fermented juice (alcohol such as wine, beer, spirits, etc.) shall only be enjoyed in a small measure so that no drunkenness obscures the senses; therefore the measure shall not be exceeded in any things and obedience shall be practised in all things so that all nourishment serves the bodily good and health. 226) Verwehrt zur Nahrung soll euch nur das sein, was als von selbst Verendetes und Faules ungeniessbar ist; gegeben sind euch alle essbaren und ungiftigen Früchte und Gemüse, aller Gärsaft (Alkohol wie Wein/Bier/Branntwein usw.) und also alles Fleisch von jedem Getier, von dem ihr essen mögt, vom kleinen Nager, vom Hasen, der Ziege, dem Schaf und Schwein, dem Rindvieh, dem Pferd und dem Kamel und allem, was euch mundet, doch stets im Masse des Erträglichen und Gesunden, ohne Frass und Völlerei; das Getier, die Nager, die Hasen, die Ziegen und Schafe, die Schweine und die Rindviecher, die Pferde und Kamele und alles, was essbar ist, gelte von aussen als unrein, weil es im Drecke wühlt, doch von innen ist es reinlich und gut, also es zur Nahrung dienen möge, wenn das Äussere vom Dreck gereinigt ist; auch das Blut des Getiers möge teils zur Nahrung dienen, und der Gärsaft (Alkohol wie Wein/Bier/Branntwein) soll nur in kleinem Mass genossen werden, dass keine Trunkenheit die Sinne trübt; also soll in keinen Dingen das Mass überschritten werden und in allem Gehorsam geübt werden, damit alle Nahrung zum leiblichen Wohl gereiche und zur Gesundheit.
227) And if it is said to you that you shall follow the teaching of the prophets, then you do not want to follow the call and say that you want to hurry after what was found existing since time immemorial in the belief in divinities and tin gods; however, as your talk is like this, even your fathers and mothers did not have any intellect and did not walk on the right way. 227) Und wenn euch gesagt wird, dass ihr die Lehre der Propheten befolgen sollt, dann wollt ihr dem Ruf nicht folgen und sagt, dass ihr dem nacheilen wollt, was seit alters her vorgefunden wurde im Glauben an Gottheiten und Götzen; wie aber eure Rede so ist, hatten selbst eure Väter und Mütter keinen Verstand und wandelten nicht auf dem rechten Weg.
228) And those who are unknowing and have fallen into inequity (unfairness/irresponsibility) are like a man who is calling to something that cannot hear and cannot see anything, is deaf, blind and dumb and does not perceive any call or any cry. 228) Und jene, welche unwissend und der Unbilligkeit (Ungerechtigkeit/Verantwortungslosigkeit) verfallen sind, gleichen einem Mann, der etwas anruft, das nichts hört und nichts sieht, taub, blind und stumm ist und keinen Ruf und keinen Schrei wahrnimmt.
229) Those amongst you who falsify and deny any part whatsoever of what is given through the laws of the creative (Creation) and of the teaching of the true prophets and their truthly writings, and those who accept the slander (calumny) in exchange for a miserable price, they are filling their admonishment (conscience) with nothing but fire that devours them inwardly and makes them loveless, inequitable (unfair), unknowing, unfree, unpeaceful and unharmonious; they cannot cleanse their admonishment (conscience) and they impose a great inner punishment on themselves because they are the ones who barter for an erroneous assumption; and they do not know how great is their underestimation of the burning fire of their admonishment (conscience). 229) Jene aber unter euch, welche irgendeinen Teil von dem verhehlen (verfälschen) und leugnen, was durch die Gesetze der Erschaffenden (Schöpfung) gegeben ist und von der Lehre der wahrlichen Propheten und von deren wahrheitlichen Schriften, und jene, welche für einen armseligen Preis dafür die Verlästerung (Verleumdung) in Tausch nehmen, sie füllen ihr Ermahnen (Gewissen) mit nichts als Feuer, das sie innerlich zerfrisst und sie lieblos, unbillig (ungerecht), unwissend, unfrei, unfriedlich und unharmonisch macht; sie können ihr Ermahnen (Gewissen) nicht reinigen, und sie erlegen sich selbst schwere innere Strafe auf, denn sie sind es, die sich Irrtum einhandeln; und sie wissen nicht, wie gross ihre Verkennung des brennenden Feuers ihres Ermahnens (Gewissens) ist.
230) The proclaimers, the prophets, have indeed brought the writing of the real truth, but nevertheless it is certain that you are at odds with the word and the writing of the proclaimers, the prophets; you have gone far in enmity and curse and slay the proclaimers, the prophets, who are bringing you the truth-teaching and a true life. 230) Haben die Künder, die Propheten, doch die Schrift der wahrlichen Wahrheit gebracht, aber trotzdem ist gewiss, dass ihr uneins über das Wort und die Schrift der Künder, der Propheten, seid; so seid ihr in Feindschaft weit gegangen und flucht und erschlagt die Künder, die Propheten, die euch doch die Wahrheitslehre und ein wahres Leben bringen.
231) Equitableness (fairness) is not a matter of you turning your face (eyes) to the east, west, south or north and knowing a lot about the world, but only the one who accepts the real truth, the truth of the creative (Creation) and its existence in reality, its laws and recommendations and all its inexhaustible works truly lives in equitableness (fairness); and equitableness (fairness) consists in learning the writing of the proclaimers, the prophets, and leading one's present existence in accordance with their truth, in love, peace and freedom and in consonance (harmony); and equitableness (fairness) consists in giving your surplus gains to the needy and to orphans as well as to wayfarers and all those who are obliged to request a charitable donation, or to those who are prisoners and who are starving; and equitableness (fairness) is rewarding those who keep their promises and do not break their word when they have given their word; and equitableness (fairness) is helping those who are patient in their poverty and affliction as well as those who are steadfast in the truth in times of battle (times of war) so that they may honestly prove themselves and no longer become thieves, deceivers, murderers and the like, and not turn to a god or tin gods in anxiety and fear. 231) Billigkeit (Gerechtigkeit) besteht nicht darin, dass ihr euer Gesicht (Augen) nach Osten, Westen, Süden oder Norden kehrt und viel von der Welt kennt, sondern wahrhaft in Billigkeit (Gerechtigkeit) lebt nur jener, welcher die wahrliche Wahrheit annimmt, die Wahrheit der Erschaffenden (Schöpfung) und ihr Vorhandensein in Wirklichkeit, ihre Gesetze und Gebote und all ihre unerschöpflichen Werke; und Billigkeit (Gerechtigkeit) besteht darin, die Schrift der Künder, der Propheten, zu lernen und nach deren Wahrheit das Dasein zu führen, in Liebe, Frieden und Freiheit und in Gleichstimmung (Harmonie); und Billigkeit (Gerechtigkeit) ist, wenn ihr euren überschüssigen Gewinn für die Bedürftigen und Waisen ausgebt und für den Wanderer und alle jene, welche um eine milde Gabe bitten müssen, oder jene, welche Gefangene sind und darben; und Billigkeit (Gerechtigkeit) ist, jene zu belohnen, welche ihre Versprechen halten und nicht wortbrüchig werden, wenn sie ihr Wort gegeben haben; und Billigkeit (Gerechtigkeit) ist, den in Armut und Trübsal Geduldigen sowie den in Schlachtenzeiten (Kriegszeiten) Standhaften in der Wahrheit zu helfen, damit sie sich redlich bewähren können und nicht zu Dieben, Betrügern, Mördern und dergleichen mehr werden und sich nicht in Angst und Furcht einem Gott oder Götzen zuwenden.
232) Through your belief in gods and tin gods which demand blood, revenge and punishment from you, you believe that a right measure of revenge and retaliation has been decreed for you and that you shall shed blood and destroy life for those killed (murdered), for adultery and theft and deception, as well as for many other things just as the gods and tin gods you have invented command you, therefore it is only revenge and retaliation which you yourselves have invented that is meted out on the fallible ones; indeed, however, the creative (Creation) did not issue any such law that a misdeed or bad deed shall be punished by revenge and retaliation involving harming the body or taking the life, because the creative (Creation) gave the recommendation that you shall not kill in Ausartung; do not kill out of revenge and retaliation, as a punishment, out of hatred or jealousy, and also not through robbery, fury and anger, out of greed and avarice and many more besides, because it belongs to Ausartung and goes against the creationally given laws and is not worthy of the people of your kind (human beings). 232) Durch euren Glauben an Götter und Götzen, die von euch Blut, Rache und Strafe fordern, glaubt ihr, dass euch Rache und Vergeltung nach rechtem Mass vorgeschrieben sei und dass ihr Blut vergiessen und Leben vernichten sollt für Getötete (Ermordete), für Ehebruch und Dieberei und Betrug, wie aber auch für vieles andere, so wie die durch euch erdachten Götter und Götzen euch befehlen, so ihr nur durch euch erdachte Rache und Vergeltung an den Fehlbaren übt; wahrlich aber, nicht hat die Erschaffende (Schöpfung) ein solches Gesetz erlassen, dass eine Missetat oder Untat durch Rache und Vergeltung und also durch Harmung des Körpers oder durch das Nehmen des Lebens geahndet werden soll, denn durch die Erschaffende (Schöpfung) ist das Gebot gegeben, dass du nicht töten sollst in Ausartung; nicht töten aus Rache und Vergeltung, als Strafe, aus Hass oder Eifersucht, so aber auch nicht durch Raub, Wut und Zorn, aus Gier und Habsucht und vielem mehr, denn es gehört zur Ausartung und ist erschaffungsgegeben (schöpfungsgegeben) gesetzeswidrig und des Euresgleichen (Menschen) nicht würdig.
233) But you believe in divinities and tin gods to which you have assigned false and delusional mights and claims as well as the instruction and demand for revenge and retaliation and punishment, so retaliation shall be practised in right measure by free ones for the free, by slaves for the slaves, by woman for the woman and by man for the man, but this is lies and deception, because no law and no recommendation of the Creation demands such a thing, but the opposite; punishment for misdeeds and bad deeds shall only be given in accordance with the laws and recommendations of the primal power (Creation) which are given in such a wise that no matter how fallible anyone is they shall not be harmed in life or limb, so every misdeed, fallibility and bad deed of any type shall be punished in love and humanity, so that every fallible one, every child, every woman and every man may draw a good lesson from it and turn to the better and good so that reintegration into the people (society) may be once again possible when the conditions are good for it; if reintegration into the people (society) is not possible because the criminal or murderous sense of the fallible ones does not change and no rationality and no love can be brought forth, as well as no peace and no concord (harmony), then the fallible ones shall be separated from the people (society) for their lifetime and brought to a place of fulfilment of guidelines (place of execution of punishment = island, secluded area, etc.), where they are imprisoned and live in freedom within the confines and learn, and are provided with all the necessary things for their present existence; places of fulfilment of guidelines shall be secluded areas and islands from which the guilty ones cannot get back to unconfined freedom, but must remain where they are. 233) Doch ihr glaubt an Gottheiten und Götzen, denen durch euch falsche und irre Mächte und Forderungen und das Bestimmen und Heischen von Rache und Vergeltung und Strafe zugesprochen wird, so Vergeltung in rechtem Mass geübt werden soll, durch Freie für die Freien, durch Sklaven für die Sklaven, durch das Weib für das Weib und durch den Mann für den Mann, doch das ist Lug und Trug, denn kein Gesetz und kein Gebot der Erbauung (Schöpfung) fordert gleich dem, sondern gegenteilig; Ahndung für Missetaten und Untaten sollen immer nur gegeben sein im Masse der urkräftigen (schöpferischen) Gesetze und Gebote, die derart gegeben sind, dass kein noch so Fehlbarer an Leib und Leben geharmt werde, so jede Missetat, Fehlhaftigkeit und Untat jeder Art in Liebe und Menschlichkeit geahndet werde, so jeder Fehlbare, jedes Kind, jedes Weib und jeder Mann daraus eine gute Lehre ziehe und sich wandle zum Besseren und Guten, damit eine Eingliederung unter das Volk (Gesellschaft) wieder möglich werde, wenn die Voraussetzungen dazu gut stehen; ist eine Eingliederung in das Volk (Gesellschaft) nicht möglich, weil der verbrecherische oder mörderische Sinn der Fehlbaren sich nicht ändert und keine Vernunft und keine Liebe zutage gebracht wird, wie auch kein Frieden und keine Einigkeit (Harmonie), dann sollen die Fehlbaren auf Lebenszeit ausgesondert und an einen Massnahmeerfüllungsort (Ahndungs-Vollzugsort = Insel, abgelegenes Gebiet usw.) gebracht werden, wo sie in gefangener Freiheit sind und lernen, ausgesetzt mit allem Notwendigen, das sie für ihr Dasein brauchen; Massnahmeerfüllungsorte sollen abgelegene Gegenden und Inseln sein, von denen die Fehlbaren nicht zurück in die freie Freiheit gelangen können, sondern verbleiben müssen, wo sie sind.
234) Be at all times lenient and forgiving in accordance with equitableness (fairness/responsibility/moderate); so it is, if anything is decreed on one by his or her next one or by authority or by the court then the demand for atonement shall be made with justification and the fallible one shall be taken for punishment through an equitable (fair/appropriate) conviction, although neither life nor limb is allowed to be harmed; the laws and recommendations of the Creation are explained so that everyone may learn from everything and promote their knowledge and their wisdom so that they may become good and follow the laws and recommendations of the love and of the Creation for their own benefit and to the weal of all, and create everything to the best in themselves; only those who contravene these laws and recommendations of the Creation commit an outrage against them and against the truth of the life and against everything that is rightful; and whoever puts themselves in the unright and commits an outrage against the truth will meet a painful punishment in themselves – through lovelessness, discord, unfreedom, unpeace and inequality (disharmony) as well as many things that have a negative sense and wrong value. 234) Seid allzeit gemäss der Billigkeit (Gerechtigkeit/Verantwortung/massvoll) nachsichtig und vergebend; so sei es, wenn einem etwas erlassen wird von seinem Nächsten oder von der Obrigkeit oder vom Gericht, dann soll die Sühneforderung mit Berechtigung erhoben werden, und der Fehlbare soll durch einen billigenden (gerechten/angemessenen) Schuldspruch zur Ahndung gezogen werden, wobei jedoch weder Leib noch Leben geschädigt werden dürfen; die Gesetze und Gebote der Erbauung (Schöpfung) sind ausgelegt, dass ein jeder aus allem lerne und sein Wissen und seine Weisheit fördere, damit er gut werde und die Gesetze und Gebote der Liebe und der Erbauung (Schöpfung) zum eigenen Nutzen und zum Wohle aller befolge und alles zum Besten in sich erschaffe; allein, wer sich gegen diese Gesetze und Gebote der Erbauung (Schöpfung) vergeht, frevelt an ihnen und an der Wahrheit des Lebens und an allem, was des Rechtens ist; und wer sich ins Unrecht setzt und an der Wahrheit frevelt, den trifft schmerzliche Strafe in sich selbst – durch Lieblosigkeit, Hader, Unfreiheit, Unfrieden und Ungleichmass (Disharmonie) und viele Unwertigkeiten.
235) There is no value in your life in re-retaliation and revenge, because through retaliation and revenge you turn yourselves into guilty ones and fallible ones, therefore your acts of retaliation and your desires for revenge must also be punished. 235) In der Wiedervergeltung und Rache liegt in eurem Leben kein Wert, denn durch Vergeltung und Rache macht ihr euch selbst zu Schuldigen und Fehlbaren, so eure Vergeltungstaten und Rachegelüste auch geahndet werden müssen.
236) And you shall practise equitableness (being fair/fairness) in all things, so you also have to observe equitableness (fairness) between man and woman, because both of you shall be equal and none given precedence, therefore the same rights apply to woman as to man; the woman shall not be subservient to the man, and vice versa; therefore the man shall not use the woman and her womb in salaciousness and selfishness for fulfilling his own pleasure like a field which is ploughed and sown at will for one's own enjoyment; the same rights shall prevail amongst and between both sexes also during sexual intercourse, therefore equality in all things applies to man and woman just as an equivalent value is given to both in the conjoining of bodies in order to beget offspring or for the stimulating and joyful and joining and healing fulfilment of pleasure. 236) Und ihr sollt Billigkeit (gerecht sein/Gerechtigkeit) üben in allen Dingen, so ihr auch die Billigkeit (Gerechtigkeit) zu wahren habt zwischen Mann und Weib, denn beide sollt ihr gleichgestellt und keiner vorgezogen sein, also für das Weib die gleichen Rechte gelten wie für den Mann; das Weib soll nicht des Mannes Untertan sein, und also sei das nicht in umgekehrter Weise; und also soll der Mann das Weib und dessen Schoss nicht in Wollust und Selbstsucht nur zur Erfüllung der eigenen Lustbarkeit benutzen wie einen Acker, auf dem nach Belieben zum eigenen Vergnügen gepflügt und gesät wird; gleiche Rechte sollen herrschen unter und zwischen beiden Geschlechtern auch im Beischlaf, so gelte aber bei Mann und Weib die Gleichheit in allen Dingen, wie also auch eine gleichheitliche Wertigkeit beider gegeben sei bei der Vereinigung der Körper zur Zeugung von Nachkommenschaft oder zur anregenden und freudigen und verbindenden und heilsamen Lusterfüllung.
237) And as you shall practise equitableness (being fair/fairness) in all things, so also practise equitableness (being fair) to your children because they are no less (inferior) than you, therefore you shall treat them as people of your kind (human beings) just as you treat those who are no longer young (are grown-ups) and are not children any more. 237) Und wie ihr Billigkeit (gerecht sein/Gerechtigkeit) üben sollt in allen Dingen, so übt auch Billigkeit (seid gerecht) gegen eure Kinder, denn sie sind nicht minder (geringer) als ihr, also ihr sie als Euresgleichen (Menschen) behandeln sollt, so wie ihr jene behandelt, welche nicht mehr in der Jugend stehen (Erwachsene sind) und keine Kinder mehr sind.
238) And as you shall practise equitableness (being fair/fairness) in all things, so think about your life and your death because after your birth both are unavoidable for you, so that you must ponder them and find the way to both in calm and peace; therefore practise equitableness (fairness) on your descendants and relatives because when the time comes for you to depart from life you shall have settled everything so that all your left-behind chattels and your wealth may be distributed in equitableness (fairness); but you few, who are able to write, prepare a text with instructions on how and to whom your heritable goods, chattels and wealth shall be handed over in whichever particular amounts; if you are however unable to write then announce your last will to a scribe so that he can record everything in writing which is your final decision; if you leave anything behind, then make a writing (testament) before you lay yourself down close to death and make the writing (testament) for man, woman and child, for the parents and close relatives or for friends and for whatever you wish, in order to act in equitableness (recognition/approval/fairness); when you make the writing (testament) or have it made then act in equitableness (fairness) and do not cheat any of those who remain behind so that no discord, bad blood and strife or even worse may flare up; and those who remain behind shall not fall prey to avarice and not call on the jurisdictions to break the last will of the deceased for their own benefits; and the survivors of the deceased shall not be at odds with one another and quarrel over the wealth and chattels, because such doings are not worthy of people of your kind (human beings) and are only done by ones without equitableness (unfair ones/irresponsible ones/ones without fairness) and unknowing ones who are reviled by the people as scum. 238) Und so ihr Billigkeit (gerecht sein/Gerechtigkeit) üben sollt in allen Dingen, so bedenkt eures Lebens und des Todes, denn nach eurer Geburt sind beide für euch unausweichlich, so ihr darüber nachdenken müsst und in Ruhe und Frieden den Weg zu beiden findet; so übt aber auch Billigkeit (Gerechtigkeit) zu eurer Nachkommenschaft und Verwandtschaft, denn wenn es sein wird, dass ihr aus dem Leben scheidet, sollt ihr alles geregelt haben, damit all euer hinterlassenes Gut und euer Reichtum in Billigkeit (Gerechtigkeit) verteilt werde; so fertigt ihr wenigen, die ihr der Schrift kundig seid, ein Schreiben an mit der Bestimmung dessen, wie und wem eure Hinterlassenschaft in je bestimmtem Masse übergeben werden soll; seid ihr aber der Schrift nicht kundig, dann kundet euren letzten Willen einem Schriftkundigen (Schriftgelehrten), dass er alles in der Schrift festhalte, was ihr als Endgültiges bestimmt; wenn ihr etwas hinterlasst, dann macht eine Schrift (Testament), ehe ihr euch nahe dem Sterben hinlegt, und macht die Schrift (Testament) für Mann, Weib und Kind, für die Eltern und nahe Verwandte oder für Freunde und wofür ihr immer wollt, um in Billigkeit (Anerkennung/Gutheissung/Gerechtigkeit) zu handeln; wenn ihr die Schrift (Testament) verfasst oder verfassen lasst, dann handelt in Billigkeit (Gerechtigkeit) und übervorteilt nicht jene gegeneinander, die zurückbleiben, damit nicht Hader, Zwist und Streit oder noch Übleres entbrenne; und jene, welche zurückbleiben, sollen nicht in Gier verfallen und nicht Gerichtsbarkeiten anrufen, um den letzten Willen der Verstorbenen zu brechen um der eigenen Vorteile willen; und die Zurückbleibenden der Verstorbenen sollen nicht untereinander hadern und streiten um Reichtum und Gut, denn solches Tun ist des Euresgleichen (Menschen) nicht würdig und wird nur getan von Billigkeitslosen (Ungerechten/ Verantwortungslosen/Gerechtigkeitslosen) und Unwissenden, die vom Volke als Abschaum beschimpft sind.
239) And as you shall practise equitableness (fairness) in all things, so also practise equitableness (fairness) in that you do not steal, destroy or falsify any writing (testament) that a human being has left behind after his or her death in order to settle everything; anyone who does this is committing an outrage against themselves and the truth and his or her fellow human beings, and there is never any boon from it; and those who do it will truly have a heavy guilt placed on them which they will find difficult to bear. 239) Und so ihr Billigkeit (Gerechtigkeit) üben sollt in allen Dingen, so übt auch Billigkeit (Gerechtigkeit) darin, dass ihr keine Schrift (Testament) stehlt, zerstört oder verfälscht, die ein Mensch nach seinem Sterben zurückgelassen und damit alles geregelt hat; wer aber solches tut, frevelt an sich selbst und an der Wahrheit und an den Mitmenschen, und es liegt niemals ein Segen darauf; und jene, welche es tun, auf denen wird wahrlich tiefe Schuld lasten, an der sie schwer zu tragen haben werden.
240) Truly, however, those who practise equitableness (fairness) and fear that the one who has prepared or had prepared his or her writing (testament) for after his or her dying and therefore for his or her goods and chattels and wealth for the survivors has created partiality or inequity for the survivors through his or her writing (testament), that human being shall confront the human being who produced the writing (testament) and show (reveal) the correct way to him or her; and if survivors fall into enmity due to partiality and inequity of the deceased and his or her writing (testament) then rational people shall bring about peace between those affected so that they will be forgiving and compassionate to one another. 240) Wahrlich, wer aber Billigkeit (Gerechtigkeit) übt und befürchtet, dass der, der seine Schrift (Testament) für nach seinem Sterben und also für sein Hab und Gut und seinen Reichtum für die Zurückbleibenden erstellt oder erstellen lässt, durch seine Schrift (Testament) für die Zurückbleibenden Parteilichkeit oder Unbill erschafft, der soll den Erzeuger der Schrift (Testament) zur Rede stellen und ihm den rechten Weg weisen (offenbaren); und fallen Zurückbleibende durch Parteilichkeit und Unbill des Verstorbenen und dessen Schrift (Testament) in Feindschaft, dann sollen Vernünftige Frieden stiften zwischen den Betroffenen, so sie zueinander vergebend und barmherzig sind.
241) You believe that fasting is prescribed for you, and it is maintained that fasting was already prescribed for those who have gone before you, but this is by no means the truth because it has been from time immemorial only a discourse by those without equitableness (unfair ones/irresponsible ones/inequitable ones) so that you would remain with your god or tin god through your belief. 241) Ihr glaubt, dass euch das Fasten vorgeschrieben ist, und wie behauptet wird, dass es schon denen vor euch vorgeschrieben gewesen sei, doch mitnichten ist das die Wahrheit, denn es ist seit jeher nur eine Rede der Billigkeitslosen (Ungerechten/Verantwortungslosen/Gerechtigkeitslosen), damit ihr durch euren Glauben bei eurem Gott oder Götzen bleiben mögt.
242) Truly, fasting is no law, although it is a recommendation which serves your health and the well-being of your body so that you do not practise gorging and gluttony and satisfy yourselves with a good measure; therefore, according to your own discretion, take a number of days determined by yourselves during which you only consume moderate nourishment once a day; however, whoever is ill and those who would have difficulty in withstanding the fast shall refrain from doing so and do it if it is necessary for them; and fasting does not apply to children and those hungering in misery, because they require nourishment and cannot do without it; therefore let children and those hungering in misery eat in voluntary observance of the laws and recommendations of the primal power (Creation) and do a good work for them; and fasting is good for you if you wish to understand it – for your health, for your body and everything that is within it, as well as for your discipline and taming. 242) Wahrlich, das Fasten ist kein Gesetz, jedoch ein Gebot, das zu eurer Gesundheit und dem Wohle eures Körpers dient, damit ihr nicht Frass und Völlerei betreibt und euch mit gutem Mass begnügt; nehmt so nach eurem Ermessen eine durch euch selbst bestimmte Anzahl von Tagen, während denen ihr nur einmal am Tage gemässigt Nahrung zu euch nehmt; wer aber krank ist und auch jene, welche das Fasten schwerlich bestehen würden, sie sollen sich davon freihalten und es tun, wenn es bei ihnen der Notwendigkeit entspricht; und das Fasten gelte nicht für Kinder und nicht für in Not Hungernde, denn sie bedürfen der Nahrung und können nicht darauf verzichten; so speist in freiwilligem Gehorsam der urkräftigen (schöpferischen) Gesetze und Gebote die Kinder und die in Not Hungernden und vollbringt an ihnen ein gutes Werk; und Fasten ist gut für euch, wenn ihr es begreifen wollt – für eure Gesundheit, für euren Körper und alles, was darinnen ist, wie aber auch für eure Zucht und Zähmung.
243) And there shall not be any particular time for fasting, but it is a recommendation-given guidance to you that fasting shall be performed when the requirement or health stand behind it, therefore they apply as proof of direction and differentiation according to which fasting shall be performed; whoever has the want for fasting or because his or her health demands it, or because it is given, for whatever reason, he or she may fast for a predetermined time depending on his or her own free will or the instruction given by someone versed in medicine; however, whoever is suffering from an illness shall not take part in fasting or only do so according to the instruction of someone versed in medicine; therefore wish to make it easy and not difficult for yourselves and perform fasting according to the necessary extent so that you are rightly led and that you may be thankful for it. 243) Und es soll keine bestimmte Zeit zum Fasten sein, sondern eine gebotsgegebene Weisung an euch, dass das Fasten getan sein soll, wenn das Bedürfnis oder die Gesundheit danach steht, so sie als Beweis der Leitung und Unterscheidung gelten, nach denen gefastet werden soll; wer das Bedürfnis zum Fasten hat oder weil es die Gesundheit fordert, oder weil es gegeben ist, aus welchen Gründen auch immer, der möge eine vorgenommene Zeit hindurch fasten, je gegeben nach dem eigenen freien Willen oder nach gegebenem Gebot Medizinkundiger; wer aber an Krankheit leidet, der soll sich vom Fasten freihalten oder tun nach der Weisung der Medizinkundigen; also wünscht euch, dass ihr es euch leicht und nicht schwer macht und pflegt das Fasten nach notwendigem Mass, damit ihr recht geleitet seid und dass ihr euch dafür selbst dankbar sein mögt.
244) And if you are asked about the reason for fasting by the unknowing ones, then say that it is a matter of your health and tell the questioner or the requester that they shall listen to the guidance of the recommendations for fasting and be knowing in them so that they may walk the right way. 244) Und wenn ihr von den Unwissenden nach dem Grund des Fastens gefragt werdet, dann sprecht, dass euch eure Gesundheit naheliegt, und sagt den Fragenden oder Bittenden, sie sollen auf die Weisung der Gebote für das Fasten hören und wissend darin werden, auf dass sie den rechten Weg wandeln mögen.
245) Also in the time of fasting, it is permitted for you to go into your woman or your man if you are rightful in your bond with one another (connected to one another); therefore do not act in inequity (unfairness/irresponsibility) against yourselves, but be kindhearted and practise equitableness (fairness) on yourselves and grant yourselves easement in your union with one another, therefore you may go into one another also during the time of fasting and strive for what is sufficient for your good; and eat and drink during the time of fasting in an appropriate minimum extent so that you will not be prevented from fasting due to great hunger; and when you complete your fasting then the day may return to its given course although you should restrict the amount of nourishment so that you do not suffer any injury; these are the limits that are given by the recommendations so that you do not exceed them and accept them so that you will be protected against everything that harms your health and well-being and brings you evil. 245) Auch in der Zeit des Fastens ist euch erlaubt, zu eurem Weib oder zu eurem Mann einzugehen, wenn ihr des Rechtens seid in eurem Bund (einander zugetan) miteinander; handelt also nicht in Unbilligkeit (Ungerechtigkeit/Verantwortungslosigkeit) gegen euch selbst, sondern seid gnädig und übt Billigkeit (Gerechtigkeit) zu euch selbst und vergönnt euch Erleichterung in der Vereinigung miteinander; also mögt ihr auch in der Zeit des Fastens zueinander eingehen und danach trachten, was euch zum Wohle gereicht; und esst und trinkt zur Zeit des Fastens in angemessenem mindestem Masse, auf dass ihr nicht durch grossen Hunger vom Fasten abgehalten werdet; und vollendet ihr das Fasten, dann ist wieder der gegebene Lauf der Tage, wobei ihr jedoch das Mass der Nahrung beschränken mögt, dass ihr keinen Schaden leidet; das sind die Schranken, die durch die Gebote gegeben sind, so ihr sie nicht überschreitet und ihr euch in sie fügt, auf dass ihr sicher werdet gegen alles, was euch an der Gesundheit und am Wohlbefinden schadet und euch Böses bringt.
